This two-rosette luxury Georgian House Hotel has 55 bedrooms, a 60-cover restaurant, and busy bar. The ideal candidate will have previous rosette experience, and the desire to provide the best private dining and conference food in the region. You must be passionate and imaginative, whilst ensuring quality and high levels of service are exercised at all times. You will need to cover mainly the breakfast shift which will be mostly 6am to 3pm and the occasional 6am to 12 7pm to 10 pm, this also includes looking after buffet and function work, Please only apply if you really think you will play a positive roll.
