Chef de Partie - Newmarket, Suffolk - Chef de Partie is required for my client based in Newmarket. This two-rosette luxury Georgian House Hotel has 55 bedrooms, a 60-cover restaurant, and busy bar. The ideal candidate will have previous rosette experience, and the desire to provide the best private dining and conference food in the region. You must be passionate and imaginative, whilst ensuring quality and high levels of service are exercised at all times. Hours are 45 per week, 5 days over 7, splits and straights from 9am to 2pm and 6pm to 10pm. Live in is available if so desired
