Bodyshop Manager - Suffolk, Suffolk - Our client is looking for an experienced Bodyshop Manager to join their successful team in this privately owned Multi-franchised business.

This is a key role within the organisation where you will be wholly responsible for a large team of productive and non-productive members of staff.
You will have a successful track record of running a Bodyshop within a franchised environment and be looking for a new challenge in the Motor Trade where your contribution really counts and you are a valued member of the team.
To be considered for this position you must be currently employed in a similar role with a demonstrable record of success. You must have a clear understanding of the issues and factors that determine the difference between success and failure in a busy workshop, and possess the controls needed in order to effectively manage a business unit of this type.
You must have experience of computerised estimating systems and the inter-personal skills that are essential when dealing with assessors and insurance companies.
The company has Manufacturer approved repairer status as well as key insurance company approvals with additional work coming from Car Sales and retail.
