Working as a Customer Support Administrator you will be working in a small team, liaising with referrals and making appointments. You will enter information quickly and accurately onto the system and be able to complete all associated paperwork.
The successful candidate will be experienced in dealing with high volume telephone work and not be afraid to pick up the phone to customers. They must be able to multi task and remain calm under pressure. They will also need to be results driven and able to understand the business aspect of the role as well as patient care. Fast, accurate data entry skills are required along with a strong administrative background. Must be willing to work shifts.
