£20k + Bonus + Company Car, Full Time

My Client is looking for a professional Motor Trade Parts Manager.

As a Parts Manager, the role is to be responsible for running a parts department for both the Dealership’s in Norwich and Bury St Edmunds and looking after a small team.

Duties will include:

Helping increase sales
Staffing the department
Creating and overseeing annual budgets

As a parts manager you will need to demonstrate:

Good leadership skills
Good people management
Excellent team building skills
A professional manner
Good organisational skills
Strong communication skills

You will need a sound technical knowledge of a range of components in order to sell parts and advise customers.

A minimum of 3 years industry experience is essential.
