Applications Support Consultant - Accounting / ERP Software - Ipswich, Suffolk - Applications Support Consultant with accounting or ERP software experience, to be trained up as an Implementation Consultant - great opportunity to learn a fabulous product - a fully integrated, multi currency, multi language accounting/business software package built around Microsoft SQL server, and a product that has proved very popular in the ERP market across the UK.

This is a professional services company that provides full implementation and consultancy, and has a product specific support department. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong experience in an applications support environment - and will have worked with accounting or ERP software such as Sage 200, Pegasus Opera, COA, Coda, Iris Exchequer, Dynamics NAV, Dynamics GP, SunSystems, Agresso, Epicor, SAP Business One, PS Financials or similar.

You should be able to work in a structured manner, be well organised and extremely thorough, and, working for a consultancy, you must be credible when dealing with clients. Your brief will be to offer telephone, email and remote support for their ERP software, for which full training will be provided. After your initial period in the support team, you will be trained up to become a fully fledged implementation consultant.
