Part Time PA - Lowestoft, Suffolk - Hales Group are seeking an experienced PA to join an extremely successful company based in Lowestoft. You will be supporting the CEO with all Secretarial/PA duties to include arranging meetings, booking flights and accommodation, setting up presentations using PowerPoint, diary management, typing documentation, updating databases, assisting with HR duties and more. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a PA role, a high level of computer literacy in Microsoft packages to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint, strong administrative and secretarial skills including minute taking and a flexible approach to changing workloads. This role is part time with flexible working hours up to 30 hours per week.
