Assistant Recruitment Consultant - Ipswich, Suffolk - We are a busy, successful and expanding specialist Independent Recruitment Consultancy and are looking for another talented individual to join our team.

Working with experienced Consultants and a wide range of long standing Clients – including many household names – you will undertake an interesting and varied range of responsibilities.

You will work closely with candidates of all levels, from graduates to experienced and professionally qualified people. You will talk to them in detail to understand their background and their career objectives in order to help them to identify and obtain their ideal next job move.

An essential aspect of the role will be to understand both your candidates and Employer’s requirements in order to ensure that both parties requirements are closely matched.

As you would expect there will also be the essential administration responsibilities to support a fast moving recruitment business and to ensure compliance with all legislation and regulations.

Ideal candidates will have confident communication skills, the ability to build close working relationships with people at all levels and from a wide range of backgrounds.

Also the experience of handling a wide range of issues at the same time within challenging deadlines.
