A market leading food manufacturing company are currently looking for enthusiastic and talented Production Team leaders/Production Supervisors who have the ability to progress through their business. Coming from a Food Manufacturing background you will be a flexible individual who is looking for a fresh challenge and an opportunity to fast track your career. You will be expected to:
• Ensure that food safety and product specifications are met
• Lead an efficient, continuously improving production shift
• Manage shift performance (labour, materials, customer service)
• Ensure KPI's are both recorded and exceeded
• Manage resource to ensure effective performance
• Ensure all Health, Safety & Hygiene procedures are followed

The Ideal candidate will be someone who is used to working within a pressurised food manufacturing environment, possessing drive, determination and an ambition to succeed. You must have an ability to lead and motivate a team, with a good understanding of the manufacturing process and its impact on performance in terms of efficiency, quality, materials and equipment. You will have epic written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of Operations.
