Engineering Manager - Suffolk, Suffolk - Hales Group are looking to recruit an Engineering Manager for their small manufacturing client within East Anglia, due to a recent restructure. Managing 2 direct reports, each with a team beneath them, you will be responsible for:

• Forecasting and setting daily maintenance schedules based on an annual maintenance plan.
• Investigate & solve machine control system breakdowns
• Provide a product development capability plan that does not contravene daily production requirements
• Maintain machines to consistently deliver quality products.
• Manage company vehicles so as to maintain high standard of deliveries to customers.
• To ensure good H&S standards are set and maintained at all times.

As an experienced manager you will be experienced in dealing with the following

• Staff cover, for holidays, sickness etc.
• Recruitment
• Performance reviews / appraisals
• Training
• Leadership & development
