Customer Service Co-ordinator - Haverhill, Suffolk - You will have previous experience of working within a busy customer service department, and as such will have excellent time management and prioritisation skills. With a flexible can do attitude, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and be confident in communicating with internal and external customers via email, telephone and face to face.

Responsible for an assigned territory, you will work with and support sales managers in the delivery of professional customer service to the customers.

Experienced in using Microsoft Office Applications such as Word and Excel, previous experience of using the Oracle system would be a distinct advantage, as would using a CRM system.

Ideal candidate will speak fluent English and fluent German. Ability to also speak fluent Russian would be a distinct advantage.
