Production Manager - Suffolk, Suffolk - An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Manager to join a successful and established team located in Suffolk.

This role should include the following duties and responsibilities:

- Liasing with Team Leaders to ensure production runs smoothly.
- Attending management meetings to discuss up and coming orders to ensure that orders are met to the best standard.
- Oversee the QA side of the business.
- General management duties, managing staff sickness, holiday and any other issues
- Provide progress reports on existing or future orders and ensure there is enough supply to fulfil the orders.
- Promote a safe environment, highlighting any issues to the relevant department.
- Be a commercial point of contact for the business for customers

The ideal candidate will match the following criteria:

- Will have an engineering background and have worked with Sheet Metal
- An understanding of Production Techniques and working to targets
