Pastry Chef - Suffolk, Suffolk - My client is looking for an experienced Pastry Chef for their hotel based in Suffolk, you will be required to prepare fresh produce ie breads and cakes for this restaurant which is aiming to achieve three AA Rosettes in 2010.

The hotel is looking for a Chef with flair and enthusiasm to bring fresh new ideas to the menu whilst staying within the modern British style, my client would like applicants with previous two AA Rosette experience.
