Specifications Writer - Beccles, Suffolk - A leading Food Manufacture, our Client require an experienced Specifications Writer

Responsible for
. Maintaining, updating and writing all product specifications
. Encompassing raw materials, manufacturing and customer requirements
. Audit control of documents
. Collate information and maintain up to date records
. Responsible for archiving obsolete documents

You will need to have:-
. Food Manufacturing experience gained in a Quality/Technical role
. Worked with quality systems
. Experience of writing specifications
. Excellent attention to detail
. Good people skills due to the level of interaction with other departments and customers
. Computer literate
