Care coordinator - Ipswich, Suffolk - We are currently looking for two home care coordinators to work for a national client. It is essential that candidates have experience in domiciliary home care and the care standards related to it. Ideally candidates will have an NVQ3 or higher and experience in risk assessments, care planning and working with local authorities, dealing with clients directly and social workers.
