Maintenance Engineer - Maintenance Electrician - Suffolk, Suffolk - Want to work somewhere where you can utilise your technical ability? Established in 1980, this business has grown to become one of the UK's leading food processors, now with a turnover of £1.8 billion, the group operates at 45 locations, employing 25,000 people. At one of their main processing sites in East Anglia they are looking to recruit a number of Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to work on a variety of shifts from days to continentals. You will be responsible for ensuring the minimum amount of production downtime on all plant machinery. Working to PPM schedules as well as breakdown requirements, you will respond quickly and effectively to all machinery faults on both electrical and mechanical machinery including conveyors, flow wrap, shrink wrap and labelling machines. Experience of working within the food industry would be advantageous as would qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering and knowledge of PLC fault finding. In return the company offers a salary up to £30,000 with the potential earnings of £35,000 with overtime plus 20 days holiday a year (+ Stats), a company pension and bonuses.
