Recruitment Consultant - Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, Suffolk - We are now launching Cooper Lomaz Executive – a specialist division focused on senior level roles across all our disciplines. Our model is focused on delivering effective results through our extensive knowledge and network of contacts. To assist in this growth, we are looking to recruit talented individuals who share our passion to deliver results. Key Responsibilities: * Winning new business * Developing innovative solutions to business development * Developing and managing candidate attraction and selection strategies * Ensuring outstanding levels of service to clients and candidates throughout the whole recruitment assignment * Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to appointment Key skills: * Excellent relationship building skills * Business development * Campaign management * Presentation skills * Experience in handling senior level recruitment assignments * Proposals writing * Thorough questioning and listening skills Experience: The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment experience at a senior level. You will have the ability to win and deliver on a wide variety of recruitment campaigns, and offer a consultative approach in all areas of the assignment.
