Telephonist - Ipswich, Suffolk - Our client, a Franchised Main Dealer, is seeking a Receptionist for their Dealership in Ipswich.

You must have first class customer/people handling skills, an excellent telephone manner and be computer literate. Experience of working in the Motor Trade or a similar role in a customer focused industry would be a distinct advantage, but not essential for the right candidate. More important will be your enthusiasm, eye for detail and can-do approach.

Your duties will include meeting and greeting customers, handling all incoming telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner, liaising with other departments and some general administration work.
