Ipswich Police can confirm that following consultation with the Crown Prosecution Service, no further action will be taken against the 21-year-old male arrested in connection with the fatal fail to stop road traffic collision, which occurred at about 8.45am Sunday 23rd March 2008 on Stoke Park Drive, Ipswich.
He was arrested at 4.46pm Wednesday 26th March 2008 on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. He was due to answer bail at Ipswich Police Station at 8pm Tuesday 6th May 2008 but had his bail cancelled.
