Theft (from vehicle)
Bramford Road, Ipswich between 6pm and 8pm Monday 05.05.08 a purple Vauxhall Astra was entered and a holdall containing gym wear, swim wear and clothing stolen from within. Criminal Damage (nursery)
Rope Walk, Ipswich between 1pm Saturday 10.05.08 and 9am Monday 12.05.08 an offensive object was graffitied on to the outside wall of a nursery at the college. Damage was also caused to a shed door but no entry gained and nothing stolen from within. Theft (of cycle)
Rope Walk, Ipswich between 8.55am and 3.30pm Monday 12.05.08 a mans green/black Raleigh Big Six mountain bike from where it was secured in the cycle shed at Suffolk New College. Road Traffic Collision
Fonnereau Road, Ipswich at about 6.30pm a 14-year-old boy was cycling from Henley Road when he was distracted by a red Ford Mondeo, which overtook him. He collided with a parked car and lost consciousness for a short time. On regaining consciousness the parked car had gone. He went home and was later taken to A&E by his mother to be checked over. Distraction Burglary
Woodville Road, Ipswich between 12.10pm and 12.30pm Tuesday 13.05.08 two men attended the home address of an 84-year-old female claiming to need to check the taps due to water damage at a neighbouring property. The first man went in to the kitchen while the second male searched the house. After the men had left the victim discovered a quantity of cash had been stolen. The first male is described as white, aged late 20s, 52 to 53 tall, slim build, well spoken, with mousy short hair and was wearing a dark top and trousers. The second male is described as white, aged late 40s to early 50s, 56 to 57 tall, slim build and was wearing a top and trousers. Disorderly Conduct
Fonnereau Road, Ipswich at about 7.30pm Tuesday 13.05.08 a 35-year-old female was walking along Mayors Walk towards the croquet lawn in Christchurch Park with her girlfriend when a male shouted homophobic abuse at them. The male is described as white, about 16-years-old, about 58 tall, slim build, with short dark brown spiky hair and was wearing a dark blue t-shirt, dark blue denim jeans frayed at the edges, white trainers and dark sunglasses. He was carrying a blue trainer bag on his back. He was sitting on the wall in company with a group of about eight other youths some of whom seemed embarrassed by their friends behaviour. Assault
Weaver Close, Ipswich at about 2.35am Saturday 26.04.08 a 25-year-old taxi driver was sat in his car having dropped off a fare when a male approached him and punched him in the face. The offending male is described as white, about 22-years-old, with short blond hair and was wearing a black collared shirt and dark navy tracksuit bottoms. Racially Aggravated Assault
Belstead Road, Ipswich at about 5.50pm Thursday 08.05.08 a 35-year-old female was cycling on the pavement when a male verbally abused her and then punched her in the mouth before walking off. The male is described as white, aged late 40s to early 50s, about 510 tall, unshaven, with dark but greying untidy hair and was wearing a green sweatshirt and a green sunhat with a peak. Two males walked passed at the time of the incident and they may hold vital information, which could assist with this investigation. Harebell Road, Ipswich at about 9.55pm Tuesday 13.05.08 a brick from a neighbouring damaged wall was used to smash the outer pane of a double glazed window.
