Road traffic collision – Fornham All Saints
A1101 Fornham All Saints at around 3.15pm 22/05/08 Police are appealing for information following a road traffic collision yesterday afternoon, a blue Honda Jazz was damaged after it collided with masonry which had fallen off a white flat bed truck heading away from Bury St Edmunds. No-one was injured. Police want to hear from anyone who may have witnessed this collision, and the driver of the truck. Exposure – Bury St Edmunds
Out Westgate, Bury St Edmunds at around 7.30am 21/05/08 A man has indecently exposed himself to a passing female pedestrian in Holywater Meadows. He is described as white, in his late teens, with thick black hair and was wearing a white T shirt, a grey top and jeans. He had a pedal cycle with him. Assault – Haverhill
Manor Road, Haverhill at around 9.30pm 20/05/08 A man has been threatened by a male offender and scratched across the face as he walked towards Millfields Way. As the victim approached the underpass near Westfield Primary School he heard the offender arguing with a woman, the victim called out in concern and the woman ran off towards the Birds estate. The offender then assaulted the victim before running off in the same direction. The offender is described as white, 6 foot tall, of average build, in his mid 20s with stubble and a deep voice and was wearing a dark blue or black hooded top. Police want to speak to any witnesses to this assault and the female, who is described as of slight build with shoulder length blonde hair. Burglary - Ixworth
High Street, Ixworth between 2am and 8am 22/05/08 Offenders have broken into a pub by forcing a window and broken into a fruit machine inside, stealing cash. Calls in relation to this incident should be made to PC Stuart Dolan at Ixworth Police on 01284 774100 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
Burglary - Ixworth
Thetford Road, Ixworth between 7.30pm 21/05/08 and 10.30am 22/05/08 Offenders have broken into a takeaway by smashing a window and stolen the till. Calls in relation to this incident should be made to PC Stuart Dolan at Ixworth Police on 01284 774100 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Burglaries – Bury St Edmunds
Haselmere Close, Bury St Edmunds between 8.20am and 6.20pm 22/05/08 Offenders have broken into two houses, nothing was stolen from one but keys to a silver Renault Megane and the car itself, registration KM07AXU, were stolen from the other. Burglary - Mildenhall
Wamil Road, Mildenhall between 10.30am 20/05/08 and 8am 21/05/08 Offenders have broken into the sewage treatment works by breaking padlocks and removing chains. Once inside a drain cover, hydraulic pump and the chains and padlock which secured the premises were stolen. Theft - Brandon

Theft – West Row
Eldo Road, West Row between 6.30pm 21/05/08 and 6.30pm 22/05/08 An aluminium box trailer has been stolen from a driveway, it is covered in European country stickers. Outraging public decency – Shotley Gate
Stourside, Shotley Gate at around 1.40pm 19/05/08 A naked man has knocked on the window of a van and committed a lewd act in front of the van driver. The man then ran off down a nearby path past a female dog walker. The man is described as white, 6 foot tall, in his late teens, of very slim build with very pale skin and was wearing a blue woolly hat. Theft from motor vehicle - Brantham

Theft – Brent Eleigh
Hall Road, Brent Eleigh between 12pm 20/05/08 and 12pm 21/05/08 Part of a lightning conductor has been stolen from a church. An attempt was also made to remove the earth from the conductor.
