Indecent exposure – Bury St Edmunds
A 36 year old man from Bury St Edmunds, arrested on Friday 23rd May on suspicion of indecent exposure and outraging public decency, following incidents in Out Westgate on 21st May, Springfield Road on 13th May and Beeton's Way on 21st May, has been released on police bail, to return to Bury St Edmunds Police Station on 25th June.
Criminal damage – Haverhill

Accosting - Haverhill
Western Avenue, Haverhill between 6pm and 6.30pm 22/05/08 A 9 year old girl has been followed by a man in a small white car as she walked along Beech Grove. As she approached Western Avenue she saw the man walking towards her with an arm outstretched, she ran off. Shortly afterwards she was walking back in the opposite direction and the man followed her again on foot, she ran off down an alleyway. The man is described as of Asian appearance, middle aged, of medium build with mousey hair and blue eyes and was wearing skinny jeans, a t-shirt and a striped cardigan. Theft from motor vehicle - Barrow

Criminal damage - Haverhill
Duddery Hill, Haverhill between 6.15pm and 6.30pm 21/05/08 A group of around four male youths have sprayed graffiti onto sheds at an allotment, a lock was also forced on a shed and bean wire was cut. The youths are described as around 14 years old, wearing dark clothing, one was black and the others white. Burglary – Bury St Edmunds
Grove Road, Bury St Edmunds between 9.30pm 23/05/08 and 7am 24/05/08 Offenders have broken into a shed by removing the lock and stolen a mans sliver and black Giant bike. Cornhill, Bury St Edmunds between 10.20am and 11.10am 24/05/08 A purse has been stolen from a woman’s handbag as she shopped in the town centre on a busy market day. Hundon Place, Haverhill between 4pm 18/05/08 and 3.20pm 24/05/08 Offenders have broken into a garage by cutting a padlock and stolen a green Harley Davidson 1200 motorbike, registration Y643OPV. Owners are reminded to remove items of value from their vehicles whilst unattended. Theft from motor vehicle - Newmarket
New Cheveley Road, Newmarket at around 11.30pm 25/05/08 Offenders have broken into a Mitsubishi breakdown truck but the alarm sounded. Two males ran from the scene towards the allotments. A sat nav, iPod and a black holdall were stolen. The first male is described as 5 foot 9 inches tall, of slim build with long dark hair and was wearing dark jogging bottoms and a jacket. Attempted burglary - Botesdale
Market Place, Botesdale between 4.10am and 4.25am 26/05/08 Two males have attempted to break into an estate agents by smashing a window but were disturbed and ran off towards Rickinghall. The first male is described as around 5 foot 10 inches tall, of stocky build and was wearing a dark blue puffa jacket, a white hat and a black scarf. The second man was carrying a hammer. Burglary - Botesdale
The Street, Botesdale between 12am and 7.50am 26/05/08 Offenders have gained entry to a house and stolen a handbag, cash and a digital camera. The purse was found near the chapel with cash and cards missing.
