Lakenheath Fen - (Misc)
Years ago, the land that is now Lakenheath Fen nature reserve was a carrot field with little to offer in the way of wildlife interest. Now it's a wetland area filled with life: marsh harriers, hobbies, bearded tits and warblers, with golden orioles in the poplar plantations.

Orford Ness National Nature Reserve - (Misc)
Orford Ness, described by a BBC documentary as 'half wilderness, half military junkyard', is a shingle spit on the Suffolk coast in Great Britain, linked to the mainland at Aldeburgh and stretching along the coast to Orford.
