Road Traffic Accident, Hadleigh. Man Reported
A man has today, Monday 21st December, been reported for consideration of prosecution for permitting the use of a vehicle without insurance and failing to register a motor vehicle with the DVLA, following a road traffic collision on Sunday 27th September 2009 in Hadleigh.
42 year old Chris Corder was seriously injured in the collision on Benton Street in Hadleigh. He remains in a critical condition in the Royal London Hospital.
The Crown Prosecution Service will now decide how to proceed, and if a decision is made to prosecute the 30 year old man from Wiltshire will be summonsed to court at a later date.
